"App feels clunky... and the website isn’t much better"
I’ve been using the app for a bit and it works sometimes, but it feels clunky. Pages take forever to load, and I had to log back in a few times for no clear reason... which got annoying fast. The website isn’t much better either, some basic things are weirdly hard to find. It’s not the worst experience, but it definitely needs some fixing.

"Payments have been reliable"
I haven’t had a payment fail yet, which is all I really need from it. Everything goes through smoothly and it just works, if that makes sense.

"I like the app overall, but waiting..."
I like the app overall, but waiting weeks for my credit score to update was really frustrating. By the time I got alerts, they felt late and not that useful. It’s fine for basic checking, but the credit monitoring doesn’t feel super reliable.

"Seems honest so far"
So far, they’ve been clear about everything and I haven’t run into any weird surprises, which is usually where companies mess things up. I trust it for now.

"Support was alright, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to mogo support, i was kind of sitting there thinking, "Okay... are they going to get back to me soon or what?" It took a bit longer than I expected to hear back. They did answer my question eventually, so I can’t really complain too much, but I definitely wish the replies had been quicker. Overall, not a bad experience, just average.

"Approval took way too long"
I’ve been waiting way too long for approval, and it’s been really frustrating. Every time I try to get an update, I feel like I’m just getting transferred from one person to another with no real answers. Still waiting, it’s getting old.

"The costs added up quicker than I expected"
I can only speak from my own experience, but the rates and fees felt high to me. I try to keep a close eye on what I’m being charged, and in this case the extra fees seemed to add up faster than I was comfortable with.

"Account verification was a hassle"
I tried getting my account verified, it kept asking me for the same documents over and over. Support took a while to get back to me too, so the whole thing ended up being frustrating. Not the best first impression.
